These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MarketPulse at trading-edge.app, operated by FOP Yaroslav Rozumnyi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MarketPulse provides historical market analysis and filtering tools for global indices. It is a research and information tool to help you form your own decisions.

2. Not financial advice

The service does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice and does not recommend any trade or strategy. All content is for informational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

• Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
• Refunds are handled in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell or redistribute the data or service without permission;
• attempt to breach security, access other accounts, or disrupt the service;
• use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software and its content (excluding your own inputs) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Market data may be subject to third-party licence terms.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and may have downtime, maintenance windows or changes. We may modify or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the “Last updated” date revised. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our registered entity, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
